15 unit townhouse project

Registered Architect: Anatoly Morgulis Architect

Civil Engineering: HUB Engineering, Surrey, B.C.

This is a 15 unit townhouse project located beside a BC Hydro Right of Way which will become part of the development as a greenway corridor and public amenity. It featured a toddlers' play space for children ages 2-6 that is accessible for all children however due to budgets and the request of the owner, the play space was removed.  The play space was replaced with a native grass selection as a temporary measure until a properly funded play structure could be built by the future strata of owners.  Adjacent to the amenity space is an open lawn area for lawn games, running and it is enclaved by deciduous trees that will blossom in the spring. The benches are situated so that parents may watch their child in both amenity areas and still sit within the garden space as well. The site is accessible for both children with disabilities and parents with disabilities who have children.
