Written in August of 1995, the Accessibility Project Report was a prepared list of observations, guidelines and recommendations for upgrading over 50 buildings on the campus of the University of British Columbia for students with disabilities.   The report was submitted by the University of British Columbia Campus Planning and Development Department for capital funding submissions.  The report was patterned after both the British Columbia Building Code which at that time had Part 3.7  conveniently set apart and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The work was completed with Mr. John Lane, the Physical Access Advisor for UBC Campus Planning.
